The Racing Hart Rev are JDM Wheels that were popular during the 90’s. Produced by Takechi Project the Racing Hart Rev were actually made by Work Wheels. The Racing Hart Rev feature a muscular 5 spoke design, with 3 piece sandwich mount construction and stepped lips. Sizing was available in 15″-17″ diameters and widths up to 10.5″. The Volk Racing 84c Aero Covers are one of the few JDM Wheels that actually feature removeable Aero Covers, which are suposed to aid in brake cooling by extracting air from the braking area. Beneath the Aero Covers are actualy a pretty cool Volk Racing Mesh wheel. The Hiro V-1 are JDM Wheels made by Speedstar Racing (SSR Wheels) for Tuning Firm Hiro Engineering. The Hiro V-1 aka SSR Hiro or SSR Hiro V1 feature a radical triple 3 spoke design with the infamous SSR Electron Locking System which empolys a magentic lock.
The Suzuka Sangyo Super Longchamp XR-3 are 3 spoke JDM Wheels made by Speedstar Racing aka SSR Wheels. More known for the popular 6 spoke variety, the Longchamp veriety employs this three spoke wheel which has hiden lug nuts and two piece construction. This wheel also uses an outer trim ring hiiding the wheel bolts. The Super Longchamp XR-3 was available in 14″ and 15″ sizes.
The Mugen MR-5 are JDM Wheels made exclusively Honda Automobiles, it says it on the wheel itself! They are also probably the most popular wheel Mugen has produced. The Mugen MR-5 features a 5 spoke face with a 2 piece design and exposed bolts. Sizing was available in smaller 14″, most popular 15″ and the most coveted 16″ diameter. A cool detail was that not only did each wheel have a center caps, but each lug nut had its own cover as well. The Mugen MR-5 are manufactured by Fortran Wheels. The 5Zigen Keiichi are JDM Wheels made by SSR Wheels but also with the drift king himself Keiichi Tsuchiya. The 5Zigen Keiichi features 3 piece construction with reverse mounted style. The faces feature a 10 hole design with covered lug nuts. The center cap parts look to have some cool detail on them which is part of what makes older ssr wheels cool; a bunch of random wording and engrish. The picture depicts the 5Zigen Keiichi mounted on a NA series Mazda Miata.
