While surfing the web I found some pictures of some Rebarreled Mugen CF-48 wheels and thought what a great look they had when rebarreled. Then I saw these shots of the same wheels at the KDAY Season 2 car show taken by Shota Mori for Stickydiljoe.com. – Rebarreled Mugen CF-48 on JDM DA Acura Integra
The KDAY car show is a USDM influenced car show in Japan, basically them copying us, many times from us copying them. Shota Mori is from Akebono USDM fame, they build some sick Honda’s in Japan, he has the old school white Accord with flip up lights and also the white EF Civic. This is the Money Shot, the Mugen CF-48 Road wheel rebarreled on a 15″ rim; I think it looks so much better! The Mugen CF-48 started life as a light weight road wheel from Mugen and could be had with optional disk covers that aid in cooling. – Rebarreled Mugen CF-48 on JDM DA Acura IntegraRear view of the JDM Honda Integra, I believe that is a OEM Integra body kit bolted on, I dont think I see many of those here or in Japan. – Rebarreled Mugen CF-48 on JDM DA Acura IntegraThe Mugen CF-48 wheels off the car, they really have deep lips and I think look a lot more aggresive in this size. – Rebarreled Mugen CF-48 on JDM DA Acura IntegraAnother shot of the rear wheel, must be at leat 3-4 inches inches of lip. I wonder if someone would do this over here. I would love to see this in person. – Rebarreled Mugen CF-48 on JDM DA Acura IntegraThe same Integra with regular sized CF48’s, what a huge difference. Looks like the wheels had stepped lips before the current flat lips. – Rebarreled Mugen CF-48 on JDM DA Acura IntegraCloser look of the wheels before and after, again with the stepped lips. I think the reverse lip, or flat lip, matches the face of the CF-48s better. – Rebarreled Mugen CF-48 on JDM DA Acura Integra
The Acura NSX is Honda's one and only Halo car. Mid Engine Dohc V6 featured titanium parts, sky high rev limit, and the newest innovation at the time VTEC. All this with exotic styling wrapped in an aluminum body made it one of Japan's few exotics to hit american shores. – Acura NSX on Mugen M7

This DA Acura Integra is dropped nicely on a set of classic Racing Hart Type-C Wheels. The Racing Hart Type-C’s were released around the same time as the DA Integra, so the wheeels and this car are a good period correct match and looks really good together as well. – Racing Hart Type-C Acura IntegraThe Racing Hart Type-C is a classic JDM wheel, if you had these in the 90’s you were a Baller! These ones are complete down to the pins on the Center Caps and feature the optional anodized red hex caps. These wheels actually have a lot of parts and are hard to keep all together; the “Type-C” logo is actually transparent plastic painted logo in front of a carbon fiber disk. – Racing Hart Type-C Acura IntegraThe front of this Integra features the newer 92-93 style front bumper with a Carbon Fiber JDP front lip, and JDM one piece headlights with custom black housings. – Racing Hart Type-C Acura IntegraLS-Vtec Turbo matches performance to the looks of this Integra. – Racing Hart Type-C Acura IntegraRacing Hart Type-C Acura Integra

The Honda Integra Type-R (or Acura Integra Type R on this side of the pond) is argueably the best production FF car ever
produced. As far as I can recall in the mid 90’s, the SSR type X was marketed as the lightest weight wheels available,
starting a light weight wheel war for a while. This clean Championship White Honda Integra Type R brings those two
products together nicely. Some Super Rare Ohlins and HKS suspension bits enhance the handling charachteristics as
well as clean up the stance of this fine automobile.
