The Try Force Zelda were some of the most popular three spoke JDM wheels of the day. The Try Force Zelda feature 2 piece welded construction by Vesta, a division of Rays Engineering; althoug they are produced for Trial Tuning Spirit.
The Volk Racing TE37 by Rays Engineering are one of the quintessential jdm wheels for motorsport. The Volk Racing TE37 features lightweight forged construction and a simple and recognizable 6 spoke design. Special versions of the Volk Racing TE37 at the time, were the Volk Racing TE37 MAG, which was made from Magnesium as opposed of aluminum and featured the famous MAG Blue finish. Also was the rally version called the Volk Racing TE37 GRAVEL which was a beefed up version. Pictured, are a special Center Lock TE37 on a Nissan Skyline GTR R34 Race Car. The TE in TE37 stands for Touring Evolution.
The Volk Racing GTP Daytona are one piece JDM Wheels by Volk Racing, Rays Engineering. The Volk Racing GTP Daytona are actually one piece versions of the regular Volk Racing GTP, which is a 6 spoke 2 piece wheel. Both share hidden lug nut design with a threaded hex cap. The Volk Racing Monster are JDM Wheels made by Rays Engineering in Japan. The Volk Racing Monster features a fat five spoke design with a long dimple in the middle of each spoke reminicent of the Volk Racing Group C and Volk Racing CV Pro. This wheel seems to be more of a VIP wheel more than a full on performance wheel. The Volk Racing Monster does feature 2 piece construction and a center cap hiding the lug nuts.
Tom’s Racing is a JDM Tuning Firm for Toyota Automobiles in Japan. The attached advertisement contains parts for the SW20 Toyota MR2. Most Notable are the Tom’s Racing Spirit C3 JDM Wheels actually made by Rays Engineering. Another nice partis the Tom’s Le Mans Steering Wheels made by Personal / Nardi.The Tom’s Recaro S and Tom’s Bucket Seats by Recaro are also nice pieces. Kind of looks like everything here are made by other tuning firms.
The Volk Racing GR-N or Volk Racing Group N are JDM Wheels made by Rays Engineering. The Volk Racing GR-N feature an 8 spoke design and with exposed multi lug pattern, usually 8×100 for faster mounting. The Volk Racing GR-N are made from Forged Aluminum at the Rays Foundry.
