This 1969 KE10 Toyota Corolla has gone through a nice mild restoration of its own. The owner started with a rust free 140,000 mile example and threw on some mods. A 4ag engine and AE86 suspension bits modernize this car nicely. A friend and I were having a conversation on the Toyota Corolla AE86′s and started looking for the best examples. The first 86 to come to mind was this one I saw on Club4AG. The owner did a full build on it, and surprisingly it is actually an SR5 model. The owner also has had myriad of wheels for it; SSR MKII, SSR MKIII, 2 sets of Volk Racing TE37, and Weds Sport MA86. I personally think the MKII’s give it that best old school look.
