The Heroes Racing S-911 are JDM Wheels which feature a classic 5 spoke wheel design. The Heroes Racing S-911 also have 3 piece construction in the sandwich mount configuration with a nice exposed bolt feature as well as exposed lug nuts. The S-911 were available in Silver and Gunmetalic finishes. Pictured are the Heroes Racing S-911 on a SW20 Toyota MR2 with 16×8 +30 rear on 225/50/16 tires and 16×7 +30 on 205/50/16 tires.
The Volk Racing 84c Aero Covers are one of the few JDM Wheels that actually feature removeable Aero Covers, which are suposed to aid in brake cooling by extracting air from the braking area. Beneath the Aero Covers are actualy a pretty cool Volk Racing Mesh wheel. The Racing Hart C2 and Racing Hart C5 were 2 big JDM wheel releases in the late 90’s from Takechi Project. The Racing Hart Type C2 replaced the Original Racing Hart Type C, the main differences were machined face as opposed to the original silver; and different center cap system with a polished center coin as opposed to original carbon fiber. The Racing Hart Type C5 sort of replaced the Racing Hart Type C Tracer with its 5 spoke design. Main differences were fatter spokes and also the different center caps as with the C2. I can personally remember when these wheels were released in the US, it was pretty big news in the scene, new japanese wheels don’t seem to have the same reactions these days. The Enkei RSIII are 3 Spoke JDM Wheels from Enkei Wheels. The thing about 3 spoke wheels is the look either really obscure, or they look really awesome. The Enkei RSIII has got to be one of the best looking 3 spoke wheels in my opinion. The RSIII features 2 piece construction with multi hole exposed lug nuts which would probably make for quick wheel changes at the track. I also think they look like the 3 spoke cousin to the Sparco NT as they are both manufactured by enkei and feature the multi lug centers. Pictured above are the Enkei RSIII mounted on a Toyota MR2 Turbo SW20 with 17×7 +38 front and 17×9 +38 rear.

The Stern Series of JDM Wheels is most Popularized by the Stern Face-II 5 Spoke Wheel. So popular, it was used on certain year Saleen Mustangs. The Stern Face-II is a muscular looking fat face 5 spoke wheel with exposed hardware. The Stern Face-I was pretty much the one peice version of the face-II. The Stern Face-II 6s was similar just that it had 6 spokes. The Stern R Schmiede had curved spokes, which I am guessing would be helpful to big brake fitment. Pictured above are the Stern Face-II-6s mounted on an Nissan Silvia S13, and a MK3 Toyota Supra.
